In March, the Sanur Beach Hotel Will Offer Their Guests a Copy of Their Hometown Newspaper and Complementary Refreshments
Sanur, Bali—For the entire month of March, Sanur Beach Hotel in Bali will run an innovative campaign entitled ‘Home Away From Home’ directed at long term and repeat guests. The campaign was created to show how much the resort values the continued support of long term guests. To recreate that feeling of ‘home comfort’, hotel clientele will be served a refreshment tray of freshly brewed tea/coffee and a hot-off-the-press newspaper from their country of origin on their first day at the hotel.
This complimentary service is being supported by PT First News Today, NewspaperDirect's exclusive partner in Indonesia. NewspaperDirect is the world leader in digital delivery and local printing of same-day newspapers. Through this partnership, PT First News Today has access to over 250 newspapers from 70 countries in more than 50 different languages. It supplies same day hometown newspapers to tourists visiting Indonesia, as well as to expatriates in the country.
During the "Home Away From Home" program, the first morning's newspaper is provided free of charge with the compliments of Hotel Sanur Beach. After that, guests can subscribe to any available international publication for the remainder of their stay, with delivery easily arranged by contacting the Lobby Shop.
"We anticipate that many guests, when they are away from home, still like to keep in touch with local events. The combination of morning refreshment and an international newspaper is just a small example of the level of hospitality that we provide guests at this hotel," said Mr. Christoph Voegeli, General Manager of the Hotel Sanur Beach. "This program, at the Sanur Beach Hotel, is an excellent example of how providing guests with their favorite hometown newspaper greatly improves the level of hotel guest services," said Mr. Remco Koster, Business Development Manager of PT First News Today Indonesia.
