Bali, March 2005… Sanur Beach Hotel would like to announce that as of April 2005, a total of 173 long serving employees have elected to take part in the PPD early retirement program
This innovative scheme has been purposely aimed at senior staff members, many of whom have been with the property since its opening. This opportunity provides the time for those employees, who have devoted so many years to the hotel, to finally enjoy family life and fulfill certain religious and social duties within the local community.
Such a large number of retiring employees will give rise to a new generation of staff within Sanur Beach Hotel. Many changes are set to be implemented with internal transfers throughout each department, extensive training as well as minimal outside recruitment to enhance the overall dynamics of the property.
General Manager of Sanur Beach Hotel, Mr. Christoph Voegeli, comments. “I applaud the courage of all employees who have made the decision to enjoy the lifestyle benefits of early retirement. The hotel greatly appreciates the years of dedication that each and every one of these staff member have contributed. However, I am looking forward to the impact that the younger generation will have on the human resources component of the hotel. Sanur Beach Hotel is ready to embrace the future with a fresh edge by serving our valued guests with drive and enthusiasm.”
